SUMMARY: (April 13-20, 1993)
Buzz is caught snooping around Lewis in the dark by Vanessa and Billy. Buzz convinces Nadine to let him in her storage room where he begins snooping through their old papers. Harley arrives and announces that she’s given up the search for her father. Mallet has a sketch artist draw a picture of Randi. He suspects that Rex is Buzz. Buzz finds some dirt on H.B. He meets with Roger and gives him the information. Mallet has the picture passes around to the staff of the Springfield Inn and learns that Randi was staying with Rex. Jenna talks to Grady on the phone about the men in her life: Roger and Rex. At a party honoring H.B, Roger makes Gilly interrogate H.B about the year he spent in jail, this ruins his party and humiliates him. Nadine realizes it was Buzz who leaked the information and gives him the third degree. Buzz begins to feel guilty. He goes to see Roger and demands more money. Mallet shows up to interrogate Nadine about Rex and Randi under the pretense of sending out wedding invitations. After Mallet leaves, Buzz shows up and Nadine warns him that he needs to leave town. Buzz refuses to leave town after Nadine’s warning. Buzz goes to the diner and Eleni tells him that Frank found out his father abandoned him. Buzz wants to buy Frank and Eleni an extravagant wedding present; Mallet overhears this which confirms his suspicions.
