SUMMARY: (May 20-31, 1993)
Nadine attacks Buzz. Harley and Mallet arrive and Harley takes Buzz aside to give him a train ticket out of town. Jenna tells Roger that Rex left town, which pleases him. Buzz shows up at Jenna’s and tells her who he really is. She is angry because she had to grow up without a father who didn’t have a choice. She tells him to leave because no one wants him here. She kicks him out. Buzz sends Harley the ticket back. The next day it is Memorial Day. At the mansion, Jenna is getting ready for a romantic dinner with Roger. She finds a note saying the Roger went to meet Holly at the Diner. Buzz shows up at the diner but Harley refuses to serve him. Buzz sets off fireworks on the front lawn of the Spaulding mansion. Jenna has Ginger call the police while Buzz gets attacked by Jenna’s dogs. She goes outside when she realizes it is him and they set off bottle rockets together. Harley and Mallet show up answering the call but Jenna decides not to press charges. Later, Buzz shows up at the Memorial Day celebration. Holly shows up at Jenna’s to sell her half of WSPR. Jenna agrees to buy it. Buzz compliments Frank on the fireworks and talks about the difference between his marriage to Nadine and Frank’s marriage with Eleni. Roger tries to get Jenna to fire Grady, but she refuses to do so. She questions him about where he was; he lies until he sees the note lying around. Buzz makes clear his intention of staying in Springfield. Jenna tells Roger that she bought Holly’s half of WSPR.
