Harley and Phillip announce their engagement to Buzz and Jenna. After a lot of shouting, Buzz reluctantly gives his blessing. Phillip shows Jenna Harley’s enormous diamond engagement ring but Harley tells Jenna that it is too big and she doesn’t think she’ll be able to wear it. Buzz and Jenna finally come to a decision as what to name the new baby. They decide to name him Rocky because that’s what Coop has named him. Jenna tells Buzz that she doesn’t think she will be returning to work. Jenna breaks the news to Harley. Jenna is surprised when Harley is able to find a replacement for her quickly. Buzz and Jenna agree with David that her new client sounds suspicious. Buzz tries to tell Jesse that Michelle doesn’t care about money. Frank throws a dinner party at the firehouse to welcome his new partner, Teri Demarco. Harley tells Jenna that she thinks Annie Dutton is the one behind the nursery rhyme happenings. Jesse borrows $500 from Buzz. But, then Jesse gets mugged and admits to Buzz that he is in debt to a loan shark. Jenna and Harley stay with Cassie who is the latest target of the nursery rhyme stalker. Buzz questions Frank about his relationship with Teri. Jenna receives a letter from Jeffrey.
