Buzz asks Eleni's advice about how hard it was do give up the Spaulding money. Eleni admits that she misses the money a little bit but she loves her family enough to work hard for them. Roger shows up in Jenna's bedroom and begs for forgiveness. Jenna tells him that she wants a divorce. She tells him that she will never let him near her child and that no father would be better than him. He tells her that the recurring dream about the man in the fog was prophetic because he is the man in the fog and he isn't going away and that she will never be able to run from him. He tells her that he will lay Spaulding at her feet again at the hearing in the morning. He tells her that he wins and leaves. Jenna grabs a gun and leaves the house after him. Jenna follows him to the Country Club with the intention of shooting him. Buzz is also at the Country Club helping Eleni cater and she ends up in a massive fog and she becomes frightened when she sees a man ahead of her in the fog. It is revealed that Buzz is the man in the fog and she runs into his arms. She tells him that she was looking for him and they kiss. She tells him that she told Roger that he wants a divorce but he won't let her go. She tells Buzz that she knows if she wasn't pregnant with his child, Roger would have killed her. Jenna begs Buzz to hide her and he promises her that Roger will never hurt her again. Buzz takes Jenna to his apartment over the diner to hide. Buzz asks Jenna if she will be able to live without the money. Nadine shows up to speak to Buzz and Jenna overhears them talking and learns that Nadine and Buzz slept together. The next morning, Nadine brings Buzz breakfast in bed and finds Jenna in Buzz's apartment in her underwear and gets the wrong idea. Buzz tells Nadine that he didn't sleep with Jenna and she believes him but gets upset when he is honest about his feelings towards Jenna. Jenna's hearing begins and Roger does not show up. Back at the diner, it is revealed that Buzz has the document. Lucy sees him with the document and tries to convince him to give it to Alan-Michael. Buzz is going to destroy the contract to help Jenna but Lucy changes his mind. Jenna is about to win the hearing when Buzz shows up with the document. Buzz hands the document over to the judge. The Spauldings win back the company from Jenna.
