Nadine calls the hospital to try to find out if Jenna lost the baby. Eleni tells Nadine that Jenna lost the baby and Nadine says then she has lost Buzz forever. In Jenna's hospital room, Buzz hears Jenna saying "mummy's here" in her sleep. She wakes up to find that Buzz has decorated her room with balloons. He brought her toothpaste and a tooth brush. Jenna learns that Buzz slept there and she asks him why he is doing all of this. He says if he doesn't who is. She tells him that she doesn't want to be anyone's charity case. He tells her that he wants her to stay at the firehouse because Roger is angry and very dangerous. She advises Buzz to stay away from her then but Buzz says he tried that. Jenna says that without the baby she doesn't know how to put one foot in front of the other anymore. He tells her to stay close and he'll show her how it's done. Buzz tells her that he will always regret not going to the firehouse when she invited him over because he would have been there when Roger showed up. Buzz tells Jenna that his family is going to have to get used to the fact that he wants to be near her. Blake visits Jenna and tells her that she's sorry about the baby. Jenna tells Blake that Roger is the reason she lost the baby. Buzz goes to the diner and tells Nadine that Jenna lost the baby and that he told Jenna she could stay at the firehouse. Nadine tells him that he already lost 20 years of his time with his family for a woman he felt responsible for that lost a baby and now he's letting it happen all over again. Buzz tells Nadine that it is not just about the baby and that this thing with Jenna is important. Nadine says that she could win him back in a fair fight but she can't compete against this. She blames Jenna for losing her baby on purpose to get Buzz. He tells her that he is not walking out on the family again. Buzz finds out that Lucy got arrested for spying on Alan-Michael.Nadine goes to see Jenna and tells her that she is taking advantage of Buzz and to not make him feel responsible for her losing the baby. Nadine tells Jenna that she needs Buzz. Jenna tells her to stop feeling sorry for herself and go and get him. Nadine accuses Jenna of shooting Roger. Nadine tells Jenna that Buzz isn't going to stay with her and that he will come back to her. Lillian throws Nadine out of Jenna's room. Buzz shows up and Nadine tells him not to let Jenna use him. Buzz goes into the room to find Jenna crying and he holds her. Buzz takes Jenna to the diner. Holly asks Jenna if she knows where Roger is. Jenna tells Holly that she is welcome to have Roger. Holly tells Jenna that he is mourning the child too. At the firehouse, Buzz set up a partition with a sheet to give Jenna privacy. Jenna tells Buzz that she told Roger that she shot him. Jenna tells Buzz that she wishes she was able to curl up to him tonight. She tells Buzz about some pope chairs that she bought and hid in the attic at the Spauldings. She offers to give him one of the chairs if he helps her retrieve them from the Spaulding house. The next morning, Jenna asks Buzz to go into the antique chair business with her. She gets him to agree to asks Alexandra for the seed money. Alex agrees to give Buzz the money. While waiting for Buzz to get back to let her know what Alex said, Jenna has a nightmare that she is working at the diner and Nadine is married to Buzz. Buzz comes back to the firehouse and shows an elated Jenna the check that Alex wrote him. Buzz answers the phone but there is no one there.
