SUMMARY: (December 1-28, 1992)
Vanessa agrees to go along with the lie and be nice to her. Jenna wants to spend the day with Henry. Vanessa tries to make Jenna feel welcome. Jenna still refuses to leave Roger. Vanessa tells Jenna to stop letting Roger support her and let the Chamberlains support her. Henry and Vanessa are happy that Jenna will let them take care of her financially but are disappointed when she reveals she still has no intention of breaking up with Roger. Vanessa offers Jenna to move in with them. Henry takes Jenna on a father-daughter shopping spree. Roger realizes that Henry is lying to Jenna and sets out to find out why and to prove it. Jenna overhears that Henry almost killed himself because of something Roger once did to him. Jenna decides to break up with Roger and move in with Vanessa. Henry confides in H.B. Jenna is happy to spend her first Christmas with her family. Roger finds out the truth about Jenna’s father. On Christmas Day, after exchanging presents, Roger shows up and takes Jenna aside and tries to tell her the truth. He tells her that her real father’s name is Clyde Wynett and that Brandon stole his invention. He tells her that her real father is dead. But, Jenna is not hearing it. Henry shows up to find out what they are talking about. Roger pleads with her to confront him with the truth. She doesn’t want to.
