Buzz is sitting in the dining room when Jenna comes in, he flirts with her despite the arrival of Roger who is curious as to who he is. Later, Jenna tells Roger and Leo that she can’t go through with the law suit. Buzz goes to the diner to take a walk down memory lane. He meets Stavros and learns that Pops died in a fire. The electricity goes out in the diner due to a short in the wiring and Buzz fixes it momentarily. When the lights go off again Stavros leaves and Buzz attempts again, starting with the wiring at the cash register. When he lifts it Harley comes in prepared to bust him. Meanwhile, Roger and Leo convince Jenna to continue on with the lawsuit. Buzz convinces Harley not to arrest him. When Stavros comes back Buzz learns who Harley is. The Spaulding trial begins. Jenna is being ridiculed during the trial and when Henry attempts to defend her he has a mild heart attack. Later, Jenna and Roger break into Alan-Michael’s office to find out what information he might have, they come across the name Bess Lowell. Meanwhile, at the country club, Buzz begins flirting with Mindy. Later, Jenna and Roger show up, Roger gets on the phone while Buzz takes the opportunity to enjoy more flirting with Jenna. When Roger comes back he kicks Buzz out of his chair. Roger tells Jenna that he will be flying to Washington D.C to speak to Bess Lowell and find out everything that she knows.
