Roger talks Jenna out of going to D.C with him. Buzz drinks way too much. Buzz runs into Harley and Mallet. He shares a dance with Harley. Jenna decides to leave and as she is heading to the elevator she finds Buzz nearly passed out. She helps him into the elevator and into his room. Once there they land on the bed and Buzz kisses her. When he tries again she pushes him head first into the bed post. She finds all the newspapers and clippings of her that Buzz had in his room. Once he gets sober, she gives him a quick lesson in thieving. They play the shell game. The next day, the trial continues. Roger returns to tell Jenna that her was unsuccessful contacting Bess. Henry takes the stand. Ross & Nick are beginning to realize that without Alan-Michael’s lost evidence that would have proved Jenna’s father sold his patent to Brandon, they have nothing. Buzz goes to Nadine’s and attempts to blackmail her into convincing Billy into giving him a job. Ross tries to get the judge to delay the trial to get Bess flown in to testify. The judge refuses. In the end, she rules in favor of Jenna. She receives complete ownership of the company. Roger and Jenna go to WSPR while Holly packs her stuff to make room for Gilly. Roger and Jenna go to Spaulding to visit Vanessa and Henry so they can brag. Roger and Jenna throw a party to celebrate, but only Gilly and Leo show up. While Buzz is at the Lewis’s, Frank, Eleni, Mallet and Harley show up at Nadine’s to announce that Eleni and Frank are getting married and the baby is Frank’s. When Frank calls Nadine mom, Buzz realizes that Frank is his son. Panicking, Nadine names Buzz “Rex Mancini.” While Jenna and Roger are celebrating, Billy shows up to give them an ultimatum. Buzz leaves the party after being asked too many questions. Before he leaves he reminds Nadine to get him the job at Lewis Oil.
